All holiday properties are non smoking

All holiday properties are not pet friendly unless otherwise indicated

You have the option to either hire linen or supply your own (Sheets, pillow cases and bath towels)

Photo id and credit card details are required for all bookings

You may collect your keys on the day of arrival at Cotton Tree Real Estate 19 The Esplanade Maroochydore between 9.00am and 5.00pm Mon Fri and 9.00 1.00pm Saturday. After hours key collection can be arranged, please contact our office before arrival.

All outstanding monies for your booking will need to be paid

before key collection when you arrive. We accept cash or

credit\debit card (note 1.5% transaction fee for all credit

cards. We do not accept Amex or Diners. Bank cheque made

payable to Cotton Tree Real Estate. No personal cheques for

balance of stay.

Should the property not be left in a reasonably clean and tidy state, any cleaning costs above and beyond the normal will be charged to the credit card provided upon booking. Guests will be provided with an invoice detailing the extra cleaning and will be advised by email or whatever means available of any such extra deductions.

Check in time is approximately 12.00 1.00pm and check out time is 10.00am on the day of departure. Note units may be available earlier please check with our office prior to arrival.

$200 deposit required within 7 days to secure the booking.

Cancellations: Deposits will be refunded (less admin fee of $10) only if notification is given within 30 days of arrival time.
