Cleaning Charges are as below:
Short term stay with no dog, cleaning fee $200.
Short term stay with dog, cleaning fee $300
Long stay (4 weeks and over) with no dog, cleaning fee is $300
Long stay (4 weeks and over) with a dog, cleaning fee is $450.
